Alison Ettridge

I am Head of Talent at FPE where I work with the investment team and portfolio companies to bring talent into high-growth businesses. I have created a constantly evolving bench of Chairs and senior executives to hire into portfolio businesses. I also work with the portfolio across their time with FPE to assist in team expansion. In addition I provide talent acquisition advice and hiring support to the portfolio businesses as they wish.
