15gifts, a leading provider of Customer Experience Management SaaS, has appointed Roger Taylor as its new Chair following FPE’s investment last year.
Roger has extensive experience of helping technology and service orientated businesses scale-up within rapid-change UK and international markets. An experienced Board level operator, he has a proven track record of helping scale-ups succeed by delivering sales performance and operational scale within technology markets, and secure shareholder liquidity.
15gifts has grown rapidly in recent years and now serves almost 100% of UK telco mobile network operators as well as large mobile operators in the US and Europe. Its software combines consumer behavioural psychology with machine learning to humanise online sales journeys and model real-time, data rich customer profiles. FPE’s investment last year will help facilitate the team’s ambitious growth plans.
