Dynamic Planner, the UK’s leading risk based financial planning system, has appointed Michael Whitfield as its new Chair following FPE’s investment last year. Michael’s career in financial services spans four decades working in a variety of roles focusing on people and creating the technology to best serve their needs.
Michael founded Thomson Online Benefits in 2000, which he led for 17 years as CEO. He built the organisation from start-up to 500 people serving clients in over 90 countries, cementing its place as a market leader in global benefits software. Michael is an active investor and NED in high growth UK software companies, with a focus on those in the Human Capital Management sector. Since 2018, injecting his world class expertise into guiding companies that inspire him, many of which are technology providers directly used by the end client.
