LONDON: FPE Capital has completed its second annual bespoke Innovation & Growth Programme for its portfolio company executives, held at Cambridge Judge Business School. All nine of FPE Capital’s current portfolio companies attended the two-day programme, which is a unique one aimed at assisting high growth UK companies to manage and increase their growth.
The programme, developed by FPE Capital in conjunction with Cambridge Judge Business School, brought together over 30 senior executives and Chairmen to discuss their business’s common challenges in managing growth. Speakers included:
- Artificial Intelligence specialist Professor John Naughton
- Professor Stelios Kavadias leading a session on Innovation as a strategic capability in a growth company,
- Dr Keith Goodall on retaining core culture in a growth company, and
- Dr Ben Hardy, exploring customer inter-action and management
FPE Capital is a UK growth investor targeting high growth businesses with turnover of £10-50m. Its current portfolio has seen revenue growth of 112% since investment and employee growth of 100%.
