Sam Greenberg

Investment Manager

Sam is an investment manager at FPE Capital.

Prior to joining the firm, he spent four years in EY's mid-market corporate finance team advising on a wide variety of deal types before specialising in software transactions, particularly in the EdTech sector. He subsequently made the move into private equity and joined Downing LLP's growth capital team.

Sam joined FPE to focus on supporting the management teams of B2B software and software services companies achieve their growth objectives, and to work alongside FPE's talented investment team.

Away from work, he spends his time with family and friends, attempting (unsuccessfully) to reduce his golf handicap and watching Chelsea FC whenever possible.

Sam has a first-class degree in Economics from Bristol University.
