Lucy Crouch

I am a Junior PA and Team Assistant at FPE, supporting two of the Partners and the wider team across the office. I studied Law at the University of Southampton and joined FPE after spending six months travelling across Southeast Asia and Australia.

In my role, I support the team with office administration and PA responsibilities while gaining insight into the private equity and technology sectors.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through running, gym training, and long walks. I also enjoy reading and cooking, and love travelling to new countries and experiencing different cultures - often returning home inspired by new cuisines and recipes to recreate.
