Luke Gale

I am an Origination Analyst at FPE. I joined from Houlihan Lokey, where I spent three years in the origination team helping to identify and engage high-quality businesses across a broad range of sectors.

I joined FPE to deepen my specialism in software and data, and to take a more hands-on role in partnering directly with management teams. Day-to-day, I work closely with the investment team to map sub-sectors, build relationships with founders, and help shape our pipeline of future opportunities.

I am originally from Manchester and studied Economics and Geography at the University of Leeds. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, whether that be at the gym, running or playing football. Beyond that, you can find me eagerly waiting for Manchester United to win a football match or at a music event with friends.
