I'm excited to lead Codestone into its next phase of growth. This company's long-standing commitment to its customers, innovation, and excellence is truly inspiring. Together, we'll push the boundaries of technology and create exceptional customer experiences.

Jim Bucknell, Codestone’s retiring Co-Founder and CEO, has been instrumental in Codestone's growth journey. Under his leadership over the last 25 years, Codestone has expanded to 250 team members in the UK and across 9 countries, with 6 business lines serving over 700 customers. Jim will assume a role as Non-Executive Director (NED) of Codestone.

Jim Bucknell, retiring Co-Founder and CEO of Codestone

Leading Codestone has been a journey of pride and fulfilment. I'm confident that with Darryl at the helm going forward, our recent strong growth and innovation will not only continue but reach new heights.

Henry Sallitt, Managing Partner of FPE

Codestone has been a very strong investment for us thus far, over doubling its revenue, EBITDA and headcount in the last two and a half years. We are excited to welcome Darryl to the business and for the continued opportunity to partner with the business. We congratulate Jim on his 25 years of success and look forward to working with him as a fellow NED.

Since investing in Codestone in March 2021, FPE has supported the business through a significant growth period including the complementary acquisitions of Clarivos and DSCallards. The investment is one of a number in the ERP/cloud transformation segment, including the successful 5.6x exit of The NAV People in 2021, and the recent creation of NoBlue2, one of the leading European Oracle NetSuite partners.
