NoBlue2 acquires Viridian to expand its EPM and Office of the CFO offering

Portfolio Company News

17th September 2026

FPE portfolio company NoBlue2, an award-winning NetSuite Solution Provider Partner and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Partner, has acquired Viridian, a leading Pigment partner specialising in business planning and analysis solutions.

The acquisition builds on NoBlue2’s core ERP and CRM capabilities, particularly its NetSuite and Dynamics 365 expertise, extending its offering into planning and performance management and broadening its Office of the CFO offering. Viridian, Pigment Partner of the Year for two years running, brings expertise across EPM, budgeting and forecasting, enabling NoBlue2 to support customers from their underlying systems and data through to strategic planning.

NoBlue2 was FPE’s fifth investment from FPE Fund III. FPE backed the combination of NoBlue and Elevate2 in 2023 to create NoBlue2 and has since supported the business in expanding its capabilities organically and through acquisition. The acquisition of Viridian continues this strategy, adding Pigment expertise and further broadening NoBlue2’s offering to finance leaders.

Viridian Founder Tom Cvijanovic will join the leadership team at NoBlue2, with Viridian continuing to operate with the same team and customer projects continuing uninterrupted.

Chris Bunch, CEO, NoBlue2

This acquisition is a significant step for NoBlue2. Bringing Pigment expertise into the business means we can offer customers a genuinely joined-up path from ERP through to strategic planning. Pigment is experiencing incredible growth, and joining forces with the top global partner strengthens our Office of the CFO offering and sets us apart from other companies in the market. I plan to continue to expand NoBlue2’s service offerings for finance leaders and geographic footprint, both organically and via acquisition.

Harriet Hunt, Investment Director, FPE

NoBlue2 has built a strong track record helping businesses get more value from their ERP and CRM investments, and this acquisition is a natural extension of that strategy. Adding Pigment capability broadens the platform’s relevance to finance leaders and supports our shared ambition to grow NoBlue2 through further targeted acquisitions.

NoBlue2 was supported by the FPE team of Harriet Hunt, Dan Walker and Harry Gill. NoBlue2 was advised on the transaction by Freeths (Legal) and Saffery (Financial Due Diligence).
