Vanda and Intragen recognised at UK Private Capital Vision Awards 2026

Vanda and Intragen have both been recognised at the UK Private Capital Vision Awards for London and the South East, announced at last week’s UK Private Capital Summit in London.

Vanda was named winner of the Scale-Up Award, while Intragen received the Exit Award.

The annual Vision Awards recognise private capital-backed businesses and their investors, looking at performance across growth, competitiveness, innovation and agility, and sustainability.

FPE partnered with Vanda in 2024 to support the next stage of its growth. Since then, the business has continued to invest in its products, technology and people, grown its international team and, earlier this year, joined forces with Exante Data.

Intragen’s award follows FPE’s exit from the business in 2025. Over our partnership, Intragen grew from a UK-focused identity and access management specialist into a pan-European cybersecurity services business, through a combination of organic growth and acquisition.

The awards were presented as part of the UK Private Capital Summit, where Vanda CEO Angus Hume also joined FPE Partner Chris Kay for a fireside discussion, ‘GP–portfolio company succession in action’. Moderated by Amo Anim-Addo, Partner, Private Equity Coverage at Grant Thornton, Angus and Chris discussed their experience of working together, and the role that trust and alignment can play when navigating growth, strategic decisions and leadership change.
